Blah Blah Blah

Things are much the same around our house. Cameron is getting busier and busier at work with all the events and things that he goes out for. But we have found some time to get out and see more of what Cincinnati has to offer. Cameron's sister, Katie came to visit us over the Labor Day holiday and we were able to go out and see a couple of places that we had been looking at one the map. I have really been missing hiking. There are no mountains here in Ohio so I had been trying to substitute walking a long ways for hiking but I am really getting a little home sick for Utah and the mountains and hiking. We did go on a little hike, that was by a lake so there were some hills and Dixie has a great time. She is the fastest dog I have ever seen when you take her into the great outdoors she just runs and runs and runs. Jesse loves to watch her run around he laughs his head off watching her run so much. This picture is of us on one of our little hikes where Jesse is laughing at Dixie being silly.

Jesse went to the orthopedic doctor on Tuesday to see how is spine has been doing since being out the hospital. They had talked about before if there was little or no healing than they were going to have to put a brace on him and start him on some medicine to help strengthen his bones. We did an x-ray hoping that everything was okay and the doctor came in with good news. His spine has quite a bit of healing and not only that but his bones are growing in density. So he said that he won't need a brace and no medicine to strengthen the bones. He just wants us to give him good diet of calcium and that he will see us in a year. That is such great news. Because since Jesse has been crawling he has had many bumps and bruises so its good to hear that he is doing good. This is a really short on but we are all doing good.
