February hasn't started out so well. I guess nothing too bad but Jesse has a very bad cold. I remember getting sick like this when I was in elementary school but not this little. He coughs all day long and he has a constant runny nose. He always seems to be crying or whining about something and I wish there was a way to make him feel better. Why can't little be able to take medicine. Do doctors not realize the amount of stress and torture that parents go through when they have a sick child? I haven't had this little amount of sleep since Jesse was brand new just home from the hospital. Oh well, this too shall pass right?
Other than that there hasn't been much going on. I can't remember the last time that I saw the sun and I think that I am in need of some serious vitamin D. Maybe I will buy a sun lamp. Oh well we did do something fun, well fun to us. When we were in Utah for Christmas my brother and sister-on-law bought their boys a chair from IKEA and Jesse just loved it so Cam and I wanted to get Jesse one, I finally went and got one and he loves it! He sits in it when watching his cartoons or when he is reading a book, I am so glad that he likes it and that its getting put to good use. Here are some random pictures that we took.

Hey! Just a suggestion for Jesse's cold... I know this sounds crazy but it has been scientifically proven to work, you can buy baby vics stuff (they have it at walmart) and rub it on his feet and put socks on him. It helps cut down on the coughing. Also, if he is stuffy, you can get the saline nose drops and mix a tiny bit of glycerin into it and put those in his nose. A doctor told me to do that with my kids and it seems to clear out their noses better than anything else I've tried. Hope that maybe those tips can be of help!

Awww sorry he's sick :( I wish they could just blow their nose at this age, life would be that much easier if they could. Hope he recovers soon! When carter doesn't feel well it seems the world stops, as does my sleep. They're worth it though. :) ..... LOVE the pics, my goodness he has so much more hair now, and it's red!! SO CUTE! :)
I hope Jesse gets feeling well soon! So cute that he loves that chair so much!
